Condominium No. 119, Nizhny Novgorod (BIT:housing and public utilities 8)

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) - Nizhny Novgorod completed implementation of a specialized system "BIT:housing and public utilities 8" in the Nizhny Novgorod condominium "119". Use of the program gave the chance to reduce time for calculations, to minimize handwork and to keep accurate accounting of housing and communal services in a common information space.

As a system for drawing up regulated accounting and accounting in 119 Condominium used "1C: Accounting 7.7". As the company management decided to upgrade programs to the new version, at the same time there was a question of implementation of a customized industry application compatible to products of 1C company.

The product "BIT:housing and public utilities 8", working based on "1C: Accounting 8" was recognized an optimal solution. Its implementation gave the chance to reduce time for accounting of housing and communal services and to accelerate printing of accounts notifications. Besides, the staff of condominium had an opportunity to keep account on counters of water and the electric power, using information from uniform base.

As a result of project implementation:

1. time for accounting for management of an apartment house Was reduced;
2. time for formation of documents Decreased;
3. necessary reports for the tax inspection Form;
4. time for accounting of counters, calculation for personal accounts Was reduced.
