The group of ATC completed QlikView implementation project for SK "Soglasie"

March 4, 2015. The ATK consulting group completed QlikView implementation project for financial analytics in Soglasie insurance company.

Project Progress

Within a pilot project on QlikView the consolidated analytics according to the turnover balance sheet of the head company and St. Petersburg office was developed. After the successful pilot in SK "Soglasie" the full-scale project on creation of the management reporting for accounting and financial department which integrated information from more than 80 data sources of the company including the EDMS, Diasoft systems and 1C started. Specialists of ATK consulting group developed analytical applications according to the turnover balance sheet, receivables and payables, an insurance premium and agency fees. Upon the demand of SK "Soglasie", the flexible report on the basis of QlikView which allows financiers to configure independently analytical representations was developed, selecting from more than 70 indicators and complex the analyst. Accountants of the company daily address it to carry out analytics of turnover of receivables and payables, a balance sheet layout and also dynamics of profits and losses.

Project Results

According to the results of QlikView implementation project in SK "Soglasie", the company received consolidated financial statements in the single interface that considerably increased efficiency, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.

If earlier, for example, the financial department received tens of separate reports on receivables on each of regions, then now in QlikView of analytics work with all history of debt, quickly reveal and check problem partners on all regions.

Development Plans

In further plans of the company – development of functionality of QlikView in the field of financial analytics, and development of forms of the insurance reporting for regulators.
