Municipal authority of culture "Consolidation of municipal libraries" automates personnel records

In Municipal authority of culture "Consolidation of municipal libraries" of Perm the project of automation of personnel records using the Personnel system developed by the company Electronic office systems started. The project is executed by VKM Center company.

The choice for benefit of this system is caused by its functionality, ergonomics of the interface and ease of mastering by users. A system provides maintaining personnel information according to the unified forms and regulatory requirements of the Russian legislation. At the same time the necessary level of confidentiality of personal data of employees is provided.

Within the project it is going to automate the following business processes: maintaining the staff list, maintaining personal cards, registration of business trips, registration of holidays, time keeping of working time, formation and maintaining orders on staff and others.
