Control of execution of instructions in DSK2 (PEAK)

In PIK Group, one of the largest construction companies of Russia, since the beginning of 2011 successfully operates the solution "Control System of Instructions", developed by iDoc company on the DocsVision platform. Now in a system 750 users work.

Increase in controllability ("sense of duty") in PIK Group was a project objective on development and deployment of the control system of instructions (CSI). The top management of group acted as the project orderer. The project had to solve, on the one hand a problem of increase in performing discipline, with another - to increase quality of management decisions of heads of the average level, to make them more transparent and traceable for the management of Group. The collecting of metrics of process of execution of instructions implemented within the project allows to improve constantly process, to reveal its bottlenecks.

Within the project the following processes were automated:

• Issue, distribution, execution and control of instructions;
• Approval, registration, execution and tracking of performance of minutes of meetings;
• Input in a system, execution and tracking of performance of resolutions.

Such functions as control of execution on a being and on terms, distribution of order (an opportunity "lower order"), change of terms and the contractor at any stage, a possibility of conducting dialog between the author and the contractor of order in real time were implemented and directly in an order card (for example, for refining of an essence of order), the instruction in order of interested persons (employees who do not take part performed by, but should be aware), the mechanism of responsible execution and many others is correctly implemented.

On the project specialists of iDoc developed the specialized client of iDoc Inlook for the DocsVision platform representing the application which is visually reminding to Microsoft Outlook, but implementing functions of issue and processing of instructions. Development of iDoc Inlook allowed to implement all methodical practices of iDoc company, and also to consider all proposals of the working group of the customer to functionality of a system. The client of iDoc Inlook significantly simplified a problem of start of a system in work, and also solved a key problem of similar projects – discontent of users difficult and often intuitively not the clear interface.

In addition to it the mobile client was developed for the devices functioning under operating systems iOS (iPhone, iPad) and Android.

Now a system successfully functions, the agreement on ensuring support of operability of a system is signed with iDoc company.
