According to the company, as of January 2023, the tasks of the Conway Plus shopping center include supporting jobs, introducing and developing information systems. The company has a catalog of services, tariffs and resources involved in their provision. Based on the concluded contracts, final monthly invoices are issued, therefore, the charging scheme and accounting of the work quantities should be as transparent and understandable as possible for customers.

To plan and take into account the loading of commands, manage development tasks and document flow, budget processes, the Orion ERP platform was introduced. It is an ecosystem that allows you to automate various business processes of departments within the company. The platform contains modules for project management, order execution control, HR and CRM.

At the start of the project, it was required to establish the autonomous operation of the solution, regardless of back-office systems, but at the same time be able to migrate data from them. To do this, part of the platform architecture was revised analytics , customer processes were performed, tools were adjusted. Data Orion was loaded without the implementation of volumetric and significant integrations with adjacent systems. Jira Solutions 8.20, Confluence 7.19, Pentaho Data integration 9.3 and 11 were used as additional tools. database PostgreSQL

Thanks to the implementation of the project, all tasks were structured taking into account the plans and costs of resources for product development, the transparency of processes related to the work of IT teams was increased, administration and interaction with related departments were optimized, and management costs were reduced and end-to-end budgeting was implemented.

The functional block of Orion reports allows you to receive an analytical cut on loading commands in project activities in the "single window" mode. Such data helps managers to make resource allocation decisions and perform proper balancing as part of the prioritization of the company's projects.

The platform maintains a complete accounting of resources in terms of the purpose and formation of a list of tasks of the backlog, planned and actual terms and labor. At the end of the month, a specialized upload to the billing system associated with the service catalog is formed. In it, charging takes place and a final account is formed for each contract for customers.

During the project, we managed to automate the management of the schedule, documents and development teams, the preparation and unloading of various reports, and the development of competencies of the company's personnel. The implementation of the platform allowed JSC TK Conway Plus to optimize the transparency of processes, adjust the prioritization of tasks, reduce the loss of change requests and control end-to-end budgeting.
