Cordiant has connected the Russian transport management system at all enterprises of the holding in order to reduce labor costs for logistics, reduce the cost of delivery and find new transport suppliers. Smart Logistics announced this on November 30, 2023.

The Cordiant holding needed a TMS system that would allow all links of the supply chain to operate in one window. Logistics specialist - plan and distribute transportation between transport companies; storekeeper - know at what time it will be necessary to ship finished products; Director of Logistics - manage the efficiency of employees and processes; and the customer - to know where the truck with a specific order is going in real time.

Cordiant executives held a competition and chose Smart Logistics as the TMS system, which met all the criteria. Among the key requirements for the solution were: the ability to launch tenders and auctions for transportation within the system, ready-made functionality for managing the electronic queue for loading and unloading, electronic document management and a deep analytical environment.

At the end of 2022, the process of introducing a TMS system at Cordiant enterprises began. The Smart Logistics team trained the company's employees to work in the program. Each employee passed the certification for the ability to use the system and received a personalized certificate confirming the skills.

In September 2023, the Cordiant team digitized the results from the implementation of Smart Logistics. Qualitative results were expressed in the convenience, speed and accuracy of transportation management. Quantitative - in savings: for a year of work with the help of Smart Logistics Cordiant saved 3.1 million rubles on logistics.

In November 2023, Cordiant and Smart Logistics formed a joint strategy for the development of the transport block of Kordiant JSC. Among the priority tasks are the transfer to the container transportation system in Russia, as well as the development of a block of international supplies.
