The Country Rezort Hotel company automates formation of the management reporting

The West Concept company began a 1C system implementation project : Consolidation in Best Western Country Resort hotel.

Background

A certain reference point to which it is possible to compare real indicators is necessary for performance appraisal of hotel or hotel complex. The key moment at such comparisons is that all values should have the unified unified basis which will allow to carry out adequate comparison. The USALI system (The Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry) – a single system of the reporting in hospitality industry acts as such metrics.

The management of Russian Company of Development Ltd is faced by a problem of formation of the management reporting of standards of USALI. This system allows to receive totals about a financial status of hotel not from the hotel manager, and from the economist in the type of data of the management reporting.

1C system: Consolidation in the best way considers specifics: collecting of necessary data from different information systems and formation on their basis of the management reporting according to standards of USALI.

Expectations

The solution allows to perform necessary for this purpose for integration with already used systems and also gives an opportunity of remote web access that allows employees both at the central office, and in branches to work with all budgets in uniform information base.

In a project deliverable management accounting and budgeting will be automated.
