Courchevel (BIT: Beauty 8)

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed product introduction "BIT: Beauty 8. PROF" in beauty shop "Courchevel". In a project deliverable of the company it was succeeded to increase the speed and customer service quality, to reduce time expenditure of employees.

The beauty shop "Courchevel" renders hairdresser's and cosmetic services and also services of manicure and pedicure.

The company aims to increase the speed and customer service quality. For beauty shop important that each visitor was happy with the service rendered to it for this reason in firm only competent masters of hairdresser's and cosmetic art work. When the client calls in the company, he wants to register to the master. When the visitor comes directly to salon, for it it is important to receive high-quality services in full. However often earlier in the company it was difficult to keep material accounting that led to what to arrival of the visitor could not appear paint, necessary for it, or varnish. Besides, it was difficult to consider what master is busy and what is free because of it sometimes on at one time to the master wrote several clients that caused discontent of visitors. All this happened because of lack of an automated system in salon. Really, in spreadsheets it is difficult to keep specialized and managerial account.

For beauty shop the solution which will allow was required:

• Improve quality of work with clients;
• Increase efficiency and accuracy of the information;
• Raise labor productivity;
• Reduce costs for accounting;
• Reduce quantity of errors;
• Reduce losses of materials;
• Improve the system of assessment of activity of personnel.

For solving of tasks of beauty shop the product "BIT was selected: Beauty 8. PROF" as he allows to keep the customer accounting and to plan the schedule of work of employees.

For project implementation invited the company "1C: Bukhchet and Trade (BT)" as she has successful experience of automation of the enterprises of the industry of beauty. Specialists of BT installed the software product, provided personnel training. In a project deliverable 6 jobs are automated.

Project Results:

• There was an opportunity to store a contact information about the client and to monitor the last services rendered to him, to offer discounts to regular customers that helped to increase customer service quality.
• Record of clients taking into account employee occupation is quickly kept.
• There was an opportunity to effectively keep material accounting and stock remainders that allowed to have always available required products and to avoid overstocking.
• There was an opportunity to keep account of the rendered services, sales and payments that allowed to control receivables and to reveal the most perspective activities of salon.
