This we notify by the letter you that in Court of Appeal of Kiev region since 2004 the OPTIMA-WorkFlow software product which is the basic application software for the electronic document management system of Sudochinstvo ("Legal proceedings") functioning in our organization is used. Now the Sudochinstvo system is in continuous operation and is used in 40 workplaces.
Functioning of a system allowed to automate the solution of the following tasks in our organization:
- Accounting and registration of appeal civil cases
- Accounting and registration of civil cases on the first instance
- Accounting and registration of administrative cases
- Control of passing put according to procedural codes of Ukraine
- Control of discipline of execution of instructions of the management of Court of Appeal of Kiev region
- Formation of daily, semi-annual and annual accounts
Maintenance and maintenance of a system is performed by forces of own operational services and IT departments of Court of Appeal of Kiev region with assistance of the staff of RG-Data company Ukraine, the partner of Optima Group.
