"Cream puff" automates management of a warehouse

On March 28, 2014 it became known of software implementation project "BIT: Management of a warehouse" in network of bakeries candy stores Cream puff. Implementation was carried out by the company "by 1C: The first BIT".

Project Tasks

Due to the fast Cream puff expansion and increase in volume of the wholesale supplies the company management had a need for automation of warehouse logistics.

Tasks:

• Eliminate the errors arising because of a human factor;
• Exclude miscalculations as shipment of goods;
• When collecting orders to provide necessary existence of goods in a warehouse;
• Develop accurate arrangement of boxes at the expense of the organization of address storage.

Project Progress

Solution "BIT: Management of a warehouse" processes of formation of the order are optimized, the turnover of a warehouse is significantly increased.

Technical issues are resolved:

• Tuning of the router and access points for work with data collection terminals is performed;
• Work with data collection terminals in the online mode is organized that allows to get access to any data entered into a system, in the same second.

Project Results

Due to implementation "BIT: Management of a warehouse":

• Significantly control of accomplishment of warehouse transactions – acceptance, shipment and movement of goods increased;
• Collecting of orders taking into account a vehicle route is organized.
