The Terrasoft group completed implementing solution of contact center in the collection agency CredEx.
Result
Work of call center operators of the collection agency is completely automated. When using function of a call-back the program independently selects number of the debtor from the loaded contact list, and connects the operator in case of the answer. At the same time in a card of a call all information, necessary for negotiations, is output, and standard phrases for a conversation are offered. Promises on return are fixed by the manager in the corresponding field, and updating of the status of debts and their promotion from the stage Soft collection to Legal collection is performed automatically.
The solution Call Centre provides to the management of the collection agency CredEx necessary tools of the reporting and analytics. A system gives the chance to estimate efficiency of both the working groups, and individual employees. All activity of managers is fixed in CRM. The supervisor can check when the operator began and completed call-down what quantity of calls was made how many from them were successful. Besides, there is a possibility of selective listening of telephone recordings.
