On July 13, 2015 the Belmont company announced an implementation project of a training management system of Blackboard in Credit Europe Bank[1].
Project Tasks
The Credit Europe of "Remote Center of Telemarketing and Customer Support" Bank faced department a problem of operational and high-quality training of call center operators of the bank distributed on different regions. For its solution it was required to compare the system allowing to provide distance learning to available in bank, to develop and place in it special rates, to prepare means of intermediate, final quality control of the provided training.

Specialists Belmont suggested to use Blackboard training management system in the solution of an assigned task.
The software of Blackboard helps to create an effective training system, combining resident and distance learning, independent and group work under the leadership of the teacher.
Multimedia opportunities of rates including using mobile devices, the systems of check of results and control of activity and motivation of personnel allow to reach the high level of the involvement of pupils and good results of training.
The training management system Blackboard installed in contact center Credit Europe of Bank contains the multifunction content editor doing process of creation of content of rates simple and convenient. Allows to create and resume quickly and easily online job evaluation of students, to receive comments about the work and to estimate quality of rates, to cooperate actively, working on subjects of a rate and group projects in the Wiki resources, blogs, magazines and social networks. Provides quick access to all main educational information which accumulates in uniform storage. The clear system interface does educational process by more effective.
Specialists Belmont developed a remote training course for training of staff of contact center on the basis of the provided materials.
The project is executed within a month. At system implementation questions of instability of communication channels, by means of the Blackboard technology allowing to adapt quality of broadcast of rates in the conditions of unstable communication channels and minimizing their negative influence on educational process are resolved.
Project Results
Using the implemented system training and testing of staff of contact center is held, the received reporting helped to analyze results.
The customer had an opportunity of fast, safe, flexible and effective training and testing of staff of contact center.
