Growth of the customer base, expansion of a branch network and range of the services provided by bank defined need of increase in efficiency of interaction of staff of departments and also optimization of all business processes. For accomplishment of these tasks the management "the Credit the Urals of Bank" made the decision on implementation of an ECM system.
In selection process of a system the bank considered several domestic and foreign developments in the field of ECM. The main attention was paid to reliability and scalability and also convenience of using of proposed solution. As a result of preliminary selection the management of bank stopped the choice on an electronic document management system and interaction managements of DIRECTUM, in the best degree answering to assigned tasks.
Bank representatives formulated the following key project objectives:
- creation of a system of effective management of business processes;
- quality improvement of control of accomplishment of tasks and analysis of activity of bank;
- reduction of unproductive costs of working time of employees and finance costs on supplies;
- organization of effective data protection.
System implementation of DIRECTUM in "the Credit the Urals Bank" started in July, 2010. Specialists of Management of automation of bank entered into the working group. At the first stage 50 licenses are purchased. Solutions on automation of work of bank will be based on functionality of the Basic modules DIRECTUM and also the module Office.
Document flow of office, service of internal control, legal department, credit management and management of automation will be originally automated. Further electronic document management will cover all key employees of bank, including, in branches and additional offices. The number of the automated processes, in addition to work with the organizational and administrative documentation entering and outgoing correspondence, in the long term should include work with agreements, traveling documents, management of meetings and also processes of customer interaction of bank. Forces of employees of the bank based on the DIRECTUM system will also organize financial archive using the EDS.
At the end of 2010 transfer of a system to commercial operation and also increase in number of at the same time working employees up to 150 users is planned.
