2025: Primo RPA Platform Rollout Outcome

The CROC Digital Development Business Laboratory has completed the implementation of RPA (robotic process automation) within its own company. Now 12 automated processes have been transferred to the new system - from document formation to updating data in corporate channels. The main users of the solutions are accounting, marketing and the department for the development of corporate culture.

The CROC Digital Development Business Laboratory introduced the Primo RPA platform in 2022 after the former vendor, UiPath, left the Russian market. The key criterion was the built-in migration mechanism: it takes into account the structure and syntax of projects, which made it possible to quickly transfer work scenarios with minimal costs. It is also important that the platform operates in a closed circuit and meets information security requirements.

As of August 2025, there are 12 automated processes in production. The main users are accounting, marketing and the department for the development of corporate culture. Scenarios include: forming and printing documents in, 1C mailing, working with, Diadoc updating the menu in the corporate -, Telegramboat sending reconciliation acts.

Software robots saved accountants about 500 hours by processing 3000 reconciliation acts. Some robots work after hours, preparing data for the beginning of the day.

CROC continues to scale RPA and is looking for new automation scenarios in conjunction with other digital tools.
