The Antegra consulting company completed transfer of personnel records and payroll to DHL Logistics companies to the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" system, executed necessary completions of a system for business process optimization of the customer, the press service of the company reported on August 23, 2013.

Project Background

In August, 2012 the DHL Logistics company made the decision on need of transfer of a part of HR records and payroll on new, more modern platform "1C:Enterprise 8". Earlier this sphere of accounting was supported by 1C: Payroll and personnel 7.7 technology.

Basic reasons of replacement of the platform:

  • "1C: Predprityatiye 7.7" became outdated,
  • in the 1C: Payroll and personnel 7.7 program and in the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platform not all functions necessary for company "DHL Logistics" are implemented,
  • there were failures when forming and unloading postings in an accounting system of the company in this connection it was necessary to do manual adjustments constantly.

Project Progress

For project implementation invited Antegra consulting company. As new information base selected software "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8".

"Antegra consulting" carried out collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to a new system.

From earlier used system are postponed:

  • Personnel history, and also this on holidays for the entire period of existence of DHL Logistics company;
  • Data on payroll in two years.

During the Antegra consulting project implemented the functionality expanding the main program capabilities "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" at the same time integrating it from used "1C: Accounting 8".

Project Results

The questions connected with errors when forming postings and impossibility of implementation of a number of necessary additional functions were resolved with transition to a new system.

Project completion the DHL Logistics company received the system of personnel records and payroll which is completely customized under the needs, with the functionality optimizing business processes and labor costs of personnel.
