DOAO "Centrenergogaz" (the information calculating complex "Item-by-item Accounting" is entered)

AB Sistem LLC was implemented by IRK "Item-by-item Accounting" at the enterprises DOAO "Centrenergogaz" of JSC Gazprom Since January 10, 2008 at the enterprises DOAO "Centrenergogaz" of JSC Gazprom the information calculating complex "Item-by-item Accounting" developed by AB Sistem LLC is put into commercial operation. Moscow, on January 10, 2008. The AB Sistem LLC company announced input at the enterprises DOAO "Centranergogaz" of JSC Gazprom in commercial operation of the information calculating complex "Item-by-item Accounting" developed by AB Sistem LLC. DOAO "Centranergogaz" JSC Gazprom is a contractor on repair and maintenance (MRO) of gas-distributing units (HPA). GPA represents expensive, technology difficult object working in the conditions of the high pressure and big rotational speeds. A considerable part of GPA incorporate the expensive, requiring long production and repair, independent blocks, such as aviation, electric and ship motors, turbines of superchargers, etc. Therefore operational accounting of these blocks and their operation is necessary for work planning on repair, replace also to purchase of these blocks. DOAO "Centranergogaz" JSC Gazprom charged to AB Sistem LLC company to develop the information calculating complex "Item-by-item Accounting", the operational information allowing (1) to collect about operation and repair of engines and superchargers, (2) to plan their redistribution, (3) to predict repair, write-off and emergence of need for purchase of new engines and superchargers and (4) to collect and analyze information on repair costs of GPA. The AB Sistem LLC company developed and successfully implemented at the enterprises DOAO "Centranergogaz" of JSC Gazprom of IRK "Item-by-item Accounting". A system uses the advanced information technologies, the convenient and easy user interface in training and use, and is capable to work as online, and at the bad or absent communication (in the mode of periodic synchronization). System implementation of the IC "STAR" allowed:

• Provide monthly collection of data on operation, service and repair of engines and superchargers, to control a residual resource and prolongation of a residual resource and to register the relevant documents.
• Makes the statistical forecast of the movement of engines and superchargers for business assets, write-off and emergence of need for purchase. The forecast is made taking into account monthly and quarter patterns and probability of an emergency exit out of operation.
• Provide operational collecting and data analysis about costs for replacement of blocks in GPA.

A system was developed and implemented in 9 months (including trial operation). Now specialists of AB Sistem LLC perform technical support and user training.
