DOSAAF of Russia sets means of video fixing of examinations of driving of the CU

On December 7, 2016 announced Tekhnokom LLC an implementation project of video surveillance systems of Videomobil on vehicles of 65% of driving schools of DOSAAF across all Russia.

Preokt tasks

Project objective - minimization of influence of a human factor on process of an ekzamenovka of drivers, protection of the examiner against groundless claims, and examined on the right of obtaining the driver's license - from unfair estimates.

Action of DOSAAF, (2013)

The project is executed on the basis of the government decree of 10/24/2014 N 1097 "About admission to control of vehicles" according to which all educational cars of examiners should be equipped with means videkontrolya.

Project Progress

In each educational car five cameras will be mounted. Referring to experimental certificates, project participants consider - it is the number of video cameras sufficient for control of actions of participants of examination and indications of devices.

School vehicles of DOSAAF should be equipped with special panels by means of which the examiner can enter data on the mistakes made by the driver into the system. These data will be fixed by the video recorder over the image from the camera.
