The RIAT enterprise starts business process management system implementation

In June, 2013 in JSC RIAT the implementation project of Business Process Management Suite of ELMA is begun, the press service of developer company reported on July 9, 2013.

Implementation milestone

For July 9, 2013, the main objective in the project – automation of the commercial direction. It is supposed that it considerably will accelerate processing of the order from obtaining the request before shipment to the customer that will lead to increase in level of the rendered services.

The important role, according to project participants, is played by implementation and mastering of the module of work with clients (CRM) that will allow to improve indicators of sales and to define customers needs.

Objectives

Constantly growing volumes of activity cause large-scale document flow at customer company. In the next plans - full automation. Broad functionality and reduction of a temporary resource – main advantages which will be estimated by the management and the staff of the company during the work with the EDMS block.
