DPD implemented technology of semantic analysis of the addresses

On October 12, 2017 the IQ systems company announced implementation of IQDQ technology by request of DPD in Russia.

Project Progress

On the basis of IQDQ the DPD company in Russia created the module which after analysis of the addresses and determination of geocoordinates automatically builds a route for the courier, offering the most effective option taking into account transport load of the city. By means of this development delivery during a two-hour interval became available to buyers of the Moscow online stores.

The quality of analysis of the addresses is brought to the level of 95%. Intervention of the employee can be required in 5% of cases.

Automation of process increased performance on average by 30%, processing more orders in unit of time.

After implementation technologies of the address of receivers can be transferred in any kind, including Latin. The system acting on the basis of semantic analysis automatically checks their correctness and transfers to a format, necessary for work.
