DSK block (1C: Payroll and HR Management 8)

At the time of automation at the enterprise two automated systems were used: "1C: Payroll and the Personnel 7.7" and the program of payroll calculation for DOS which did not provide the complete solution of problems of accounting at the enterprise.

Project Objective

Ensuring integrity and uniformity of the continuous personnel and design data in the organizations of the enterprise was the automation purpose based on the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" configuration. The new information system had to provide conducting accounting operations on personnel records and payroll in the single database.

Project Progress

In the course of system implementation in November-December, 2005 transfer of personnel data and data on charges to workers from the old systems was made. Since January, 2006 a system is in commercial operation. Completions were entered to a standard configuration at the request of the customer, additional printed forms and reports are added.

Payroll is made in the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8.0" system now. Despite all complexity of payroll in DSK BLOK Ltd, functionality of the modifed configuration "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8.0" completely satisfy users.

Successful implementation of the software product in so short time became possible thanks to the high level of readiness, professionalism and operational work of project managers both from DSK BLOK Ltd, and from Klyuchevoy Element Ltd.
