"The Dagestan regional generation company" carries out preparation for system implementation of control automation of maintenance and repair of the capital equipment of the HEPS based on the information system Maximo.
"The Dagestan RGK" represents the geographically distributed company integrating 12 hydroelectric power stations of different power located in different areas of the Republic of Dagestan.
The main objective of the implemented system will consist in implementation of optimal planning and implementation of operation, repair and modernization and reconstruction for the purpose of reducing costs for repair and TO, resource optimization, reductions of equipment downtimes, budget optimizations and graphics of service, performance improvement of works of contract organizations, reductions of above-standard stocks of material resources.
According to Yury Tinyakov, the head of directorate of services of the customer of UK HydroOGK and the curator of an implementation project, "it is already possible to speak with confidence about creation of industry solution based on Maximo for the Russian hydrogenerating enterprises today". A system helps "coordinate the work, allows not to miss economic aspect at maintenance of operability of the equipment, integrate different data on the basis of which important decisions are made", he claims.
According to the customer, system implementation will allow to reduce considerably costs for a MRO, to arrange vendor relations and service organizations, to increase labor productivity of repair personnel, to provide strict observance of regulations of the security regulation.
