Dalnevostochnye magistralnye nefteprovody LLC purchases additional jobs of an electronic document management system "CASE".

Background

Successful operation of the CASE system allowed the management of the organization to make in August, 2012 the decision on acquisition of additional licenses of an electronic document management system "CASE" for further equipment by the automated jobs of staff of office.

Objectives

In plans of the organization - to automate process of scanning of documents using the option "Line Scanning" and also to start electronic approval of drafts of regulating and in-house documents.

Due to constantly increasing volume of documents, also requirements to their storage and accounting after completion of work with them increased. Having convinced of high quality of products EOS Group, the company management made the decision on automation of accounting of archive of documents in parent organization and in fiala using the Archiving program.
