In the warehouse "Daltekhkomplekt" InStock WMS management system is implemented

On March 7, 2019 InStock Technologies reported that InStock WMS manages a warehouse of auto parts of Daltekhkomplekt LLC company.

The warehouse of auto parts of similar scale needs process automation of accounting and shipment, process optimization of acceptance of selection of large volume of goods of the wide range.

The InStock WMS system considers nuances of such warehouses and therefore implementation took place on the basis of the fulfilled specialized solution for a warehouse of auto parts. In the project the basic method of acceptance with sorting when in a zone of acceptance InStock WMS distributes goods on pallets which move then to certain storage areas for placement entirely or distributions of goods from a pallet on separate cells was used. Such method of acceptance increases the speed of further selection of goods. In a zone of selection InStock WMS considers rules of laying of goods on a pallet or in a box, selects a container corresponding to the weight and dimensions, goods quantity, considers a number of rules and restrictions of each order. In different zones of selection the method is applied. In a zone of shelf selection the group method is used, in a zone of oversized goods, boxed and pallet zones the goods are selected by labels, at the same time a box already at this stage are marked by shipping labels that reduces time of control and shipment. For increase in motivation of personnel the module InStock Productivity is implemented. This module allowed the company to implement the ball system of job evaluation of employees of a warehouse and to define a piece-work pay proceeding from assessment of the transactions executed in a month. Thanks to transparency of a payment system personnel performance increased. As a result of implementation of InStock WMS on a warehouse of Daltekhkomplekt LLC the accuracy of commodity accounting grew to 100%, all merchandising is optimized under requirements of a warehouse. InStock WMS has flexible configurations of functionality and is expected business development therefore at any changes of the range and conditions of acceptance and shipment of InStock WMS it is configured by the staff of Daltekhkomplekt under the current tasks.
