2025: Implementation of Marketing Automation System
Bank Khlynov, together with GlowByte, has introduced environmentally friendly personalized communication with budget control. The company launched a marketing automation system based on the CM Ocean Batch Flow solution. GlowByte announced this on May 21, 2025. The created infrastructure automates mailings, increases conversion and allows you to test hypotheses in 24/7 mode without turning employees into "sender robots." Thanks to the project, communications have become more timely and tactful. At the same time, when setting up scenarios, the bank takes into account and complies with all privacy rules, without violating the personal boundaries of customers.
CM Ocean Batch Flow is a module for visually building multi-step and multi-channel marketing campaigns in batch mode. It is responsible for the full development cycle and allows you to manage all stages of launching campaigns: from segment formation and channel configuration to A/B tests and cascading communications.
Before the project was implemented, the marketers of the Khlynov bank collected customer databases manually, sent messages on their own, and then waited for an answer. The cycle was long and did not produce the desired results. Testing hypotheses in such a situation became a super task that required too many resources. And the timeliness of sending communications due to the lack of automation depended on many third-party factors.
CM Ocean Batch Flow's decision turned chaos into order. Thanks to the scaling of mailings, Khlynov Bank can now launch up to 10 campaigns simultaneously through any communication channel: from instant messengers to voice assistants. Implementation led to an increase in conversion due to the relevance of offers. In addition, the bank was able to conduct A/B tests, checking scenarios for compliance with customer requirements and receiving results in 2 clicks, and not in a week. The project is based API on SMS smart segmentation of the client base and real-time analytics of communication results.
In the future, the project plans to integrate the marketing automation platform with all internal systems of the bank for more accurate targeting. The plans also include automation of B2B communications to increase the LTV (Lifetime Value) of the bank's business clients.
