2019: Automation of planning and scheduling of works

In July, 2019 in DLRZ planning and scheduling of works based on a 1C system are automated : ERP.

Project objective - ensuring rhythm of production due to operational coordination of execution of works on crews. For achievement of the goal selected the complete solution 1C: ERP covering the main guidance loops and accounting and allowing to organize the unified information system for management of different aspects of activity of the enterprise.

During implementation it is automated:

• formation of the production schedule by orders; breaking the plan for productions and crews, on terms;
• formation of the network diagram by request taking into account the current loading of crews;
• formation of a task for crew on the basis of the plan with a possibility of increase and reduction of both planned, and actual runtime of works;
• operational collecting of the fact (through reflection of task performance in a system);
• tracking in a foreground mode of the status of accomplishment of each order and in general the plan for the plant;
• formation of forecast date of completion of order fulfillment, considering a current status of order fulfillment and loading of crews;
• operational accomplishment of the analysis of the plan/fact of execution of works by crews (on replaceable tasks).
