Dee Enda Eille Logistics (Lasso Pulsar)

Project Description

The Arkan company, the federal operator of services of security and monitoring, announces start of cooperation with the "Dee Enda Eille Logistics" company (St. Petersburg) rendering a full range of forwarding and logistics services. Within cooperation vehicle fleet of the company is equipped with the satellite anticreeping sets of ARKAN which are in addition strengthened by the self-contained search circuits "Lasso Pulsar".

Project Steps

Today within a pilot project the anticreeping ARKAN complexes equip 20 units of "Dee Enda Eille Logistics" special equipment. Scaling of a system is in the long term planned for all vehicle fleet of the enterprise, including in other regions of Russia.

Features and project tasks

The anticreeping ARKAN complexes based on navigation GLONASS/GPS technologies are installed on the power Volvo tractors container carriers involved in transportation of goods across the territory of Russia and the CIS countries and also the European Union. The location and movements of vehicles are displayed on the electronic local map in real time. Satellite control is exercised across all territory of Russia and beyond its limits - everywhere where there is a cellular communication of GSM.

The solution includes control of perimeter of the car, the ignition lock and a power supply and also blocking of the engine (immobilizer). In case of attempt of stealing it will be possible not only to monitor movements of the vehicle, but also far off to block its engine. In addition to safety of special equipment the ARKAN system ensures personal security of the driver (the Anti-Hi-Jack function, the Panic button).

Feature of the solution implemented for the benefit of "Dee Enda Eille Logistics" company is existence of two self-contained search circuits "Lasso Pulsar" installed both in a cabin, and in a vehicle container. In case of stealing the search circuit is activated on a dispatcher command and transfers coordinates of location of an object that allows to take timely and operational search measures.
