Rosfinmonitoring buys Positive Technologies and R-Vision information security systems for 108 million rubles

In mid-February 2026, the Federal Financial Monitoring Service (Rosfinmonitoring) announced a competition for the purchase of information protection software. The initial contract price is 108.58 million rubles. The first to draw attention to the purchase was the resource CNews.

The purpose of the project is to strengthen the protection of the information security subsystem as part of the Unified Information System (UIS) of Rosfinmonitoring. At the same time, the external interaction circuit will be modernized, which is a transport subsystem of the UIS without constant storage of protected information, as well as a circuit for processing limited access information that does not contain information constituting a state secret, designed to automate most of the functional tasks of Rosfinmonitoring. In addition, the work will affect the circuit of international interaction, which is a dedicated environment for the implementation of the IS ICOR (information system "International Center for Assessing the Risks of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing").

The agency intends to acquire means of protecting web applications and access control, as well as renew licenses for a number of products Positive Technologies and, R-Vision including a MaxPatrol SIEM system for collecting and analyzing security events, which allows real-time detection of complex attacks and incidents, as well as analyzing threats. Almost all purchases ON must have a valid certificate of conformity FSTEC Russia and meet the fourth level of trust.

The contractor will have to install and configure software for managing privileged access, to protect web applications from unauthorized access, etc. Funds for the work are allocated from the federal budget.[1]
