DeltaCredit began pilot use of Triggers from experimental design bureau

Triggers – service of notifications in the form of daily monitoring of changes of credit history of the borrower at different financial institutions. Service is constructed on data of more than 277 million credit stories on 78 million borrowers who are stored in base of Bureau that gives to banks the broad and objective picture of behavior and needs of each client.

The experimental design bureau offers more than 90 triggers (events) which allow to develop effectively the relations with the existing clients, to manage credit limits, to keep track of payment discipline of borrowers, to prevent fraudulent activity on the basis of monitoring of credit activity and payment discipline of clients, etc.

"We began pilot use of service. Our purpose – the analysis of a customer behavior, – Vadim Mamonov, the head of department says risk technologies of DeltaCredit bank. – The bank proactively reacts to requests of clients: we constantly improve processes of service and we aim to anticipate needs of the client. Help to solve this problem including services of bureau of credit histories".
