Electronic signing up in kindergartens of the Novgorod region (the Automated Information System of Reception of Applications RICE, accounting of the children who are in queue (electronic queue), registration and transfers of children in the organizations implementing educational programs of preschool education).
In the Novgorod region of Netrikaya the information system on electronic signing up in kindergartens which provides is implemented and implemented:
- Rendering public service "filing of application in kindergarten" in electronic form
- Processing of statements and providing up-to-date information to citizens about the place in queue
- Providing specialists of the municipal and regional level with the convenient instrument of work with statements
- Formation and sending in the automatic mode of the federal reporting
Results
A system creates an electronic queue on signing up in the organizations of preschool education of the region with registration of information on the contingent of students in DOO. Service gives to citizens a recording capability in DOO via the federal portal of public services, the portal of public services of the region.
In service collecting necessary the scan copies of documents of the applicant and also their transportation in systems and personal accounts of portals of public services is performed.
The adopted statements undergo preprocessing in service of signing up in DOO with the subsequent issue of one of 3 possible statuses (failure, the notice of registration in the book by future pupils, the notice of registration in the book by future pupils (TPMPK And of TsPMPK)).
At registration by a year issue of the directions in DOO and issue of notifications on setting in queue of the next year is made. The subsequent informing on the place in queue with indication of date and time on which is created the place on each DOO.
A transfer in other DOO is made taking into account the positive status of providing service, the mode of stay, orientation of group.
