"The design the Face" optimizes accounting activity and work of salon

1C: The first BIT completed an implementation project of the industry software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Beauty shop" in beauty shop and health Design of Face, the press service of the company reported.

Project Background

For accounting in salon always used automated systems. Problems of accounting and personnel records solved through 1C: "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8". Managed business processes of industry orientation by means of the specialized solution. However the functionality of a system did not arrange the management. In particular, there was no possibility of its adjustment under individual needs, activities reports of firm formed not quickly.

Project Progress

Having defined the purpose - work optimization, started a program implementation project "1C:Enterprise 8. Beauty shop". The staff of 1C became its contractors : The first BIT, they implemented the program, executed data transfer of the previous systems, organized user training.

Project Results

As a result of installation services of processing and collecting of managerial data are improved. Processes are automated:

• Customer relations.
• Activities reports of separate divisions.
• Personnel management.
• Accounting of goods and materials in a warehouse:
  • requirements planning in the nomenclature;
  • control of a critical remaining balance, both at the master, and in a warehouse;
  • a full stroke of warehouse transactions on goods and materials (receipt, return, implementation, movement, write-off and inventory);
  • transfer of materials to the master on receipt;
  • write-off of materials on regulations when rendering services; retail sale of goods; assessment of warehouse stocks in purchase or retail prices.

  • cash and banking activities;
  • accounting of payment of services by bank cards;
  • personal accounts of clients.
