  • The need to comply with the new standards and rules established by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 614 of May 17, 2024.

  • Formation of a single information space.
  • Organization of a reliable centralized storage to ensure the safety and integrity of all project information.

Vitro-CAD Implementation Process

The introduction of Vitro-CAD into the company SZ Proektstroy began with the support of a partner of LLC PSS.

1. Developing a strategy to increase the level of digital maturity of the company:

  • Step-by-step steps have been identified for a successful transition to information modeling technologies.
  • Regulatory documents and instructions have been developed that determine the procedure for working with digital models of construction objects.

2. General Data Environment (GDS) Implementation:

  • The created architecture allows you to organize the storage and management of all projects and files.
  • An automated version control mechanism has been installed to prevent the loss of up-to-date information and eliminate the need for manual checks.

3. A series of educational events were held and detailed instructions and educational materials were prepared.

Results

  • Reduce the time spent searching for up-to-date drawings by 45%.
  • The number of copies of outdated or unnecessary documents decreased by 60%.
  • The company has received a clear plan for further digital transformation of the business, allowing it to quickly respond to changes in legislation and the construction technology market.
