Detalid LLC starts business process management system implementation

In December, 2011 the companies ELMA and "Detalid" signed the agreement on system implementation ELMA.

Project Background

For coordination of work of all company, performance improvement of work of employees and quality of work with clients, and also for minimization of the errors arising because of "a human factor", the company management made the decision on system implementation of business process management of ELMA.

At the first stage of the project basic setup of a system and user training will be made. The staff of the company will fully be able to estimate systems capabilities, and the management will have an opportunity to exercise control of performing discipline and to increase efficiency of all enterprise.

Objectives

Further automation of the main business processes of the company and setup of routes of documents is planned.
