Dev.House developed the client portal for "Helicopter service company"

The Dev.House company announced that it completed development of the client portal for "Helicopter Service Company" (HSC).

The portal which is a part of a system of an after-sale service of "VSK" will become the uniform working tool of clients of the company. Its main objective – creation of the most convenient service for clients of VSK, increase in processing speed of requests of clients, decrease in time expenditure at their service. In addition work with users via the portal will allow "VSK" to plan more effectively the activity and to optimize financial and human resources.

Clients of the company will be able to be connected to the portal from any place in the world, without any difficult additional settings.

The architecture of the portal is based on the solutions MS Sharepoint Services customized to the necessary adaptation layer of page forms. Services of data access of the portal are closely integrated with an internal ERP system of "VSK" – Oracle E-Business Suite and also with service of reports generation Oracle BI Publisher. During creation of the portal were also shown and strict requirements to security of a system were implemented.

On the portal the mechanism of roles and groups for differentiation of access rights between users is implemented. Groups are used by the portal for access rights restriction as to different sections of all system of an after-sale service, and for access isolation on functions in the section.
