Specialists "1C: The first BIT" completed the project on automation of Diamant restaurant. By means of programs "1C:Enterprise 8. Restaurant", "1C: Retail 8" and an electronic retail store equipment was created an effective enterprise management system.

Key business processes were automated: maintaining documentation, reporting, control of execution of solutions, approval of documents, profitability analysis of work of departments and business in general. The management notes increase in transparency of reports on financial and economic activity of the company and increase in efficiency of work of all its services.

Diamant restaurant - the catering establishment of the Orenburg region located in the city of Buzuluk. Earlier account at restaurant was kept by means of writing-book records and spreadsheets. There were difficulties with inventory of trade inventories, timely purchase of products. Transactions took a lot of time and forces, it was necessary to verify several times reports and to check correctness of data. It was difficult for management to receive objective assessment of profitability of business.

The electronic equipment is installed: The ForPOSt POS system of Cafe 10, a fiscal registrar of FPrint-03K, the check Posiflex Aura-6900 printer, a call for Posiflex printers, the laser hand one-plane scanner with a support of SYMBOL LS 2208 "Cobra". Integration of systems allowed to start the mechanism of operational data recording. All data of trade and managerial accounting are consolidated in a common information space. It facilitates their processing and the analysis.

Systems assume different types of settlement cash/non-cash that provides additional conveniences to visitors. A large number of analytical reports in an evident form allows to estimate profitability of business and to effectively plan its development.
