On July 16, 2020 cloud provider Technoserv in cooperation with one of operators commercial DPC DataPro included in the cloud IT- the company Digital Care.

For placement of the IT infrastructure the Digital Care company selected "Virtual infrastructure" based on the virtualization platform of VMware which is located on computing resources the Technoserv Cloud. Also cloud provider provides to Digital Care Internet access through alternative channels of communication. In case of interruptions or to emergence of problems with the equipment, information is broadcast from the reserve router or a host on a spare communication channel. The customer can control the spent traffic through a personal account.

The data center of DataPro of the Tier III level – one of platforms of placement the Technoserv Cloud – has full certification of Uptime Institute that means the high level of fault tolerance of a system. The DPC of such level guarantees the round-the-clock smooth operation in mode 24х7х365. For ensuring additional data security, placed in a cloud, the Technoserv Cloud connected Digital Care service of backup of virtual machines and databases (Backup). She guarantees the continuity of work of business processes of the company, and in case of program, machine failures and emergencies, will help to minimize effects.
