Digital Economy League has put into operation a domestic service for online communications Kontur Tolk. More than 6,000 employees of the company use it daily to organize meetings, training events and conferences with clients. The Digital Economy League announced this on October 23, 2024.

After leaving the market of foreign software suppliers in the field of corporate communications, the Digital Economy League decided to switch to a domestic service. Among the key product requirements are the ability to configure SSO, the presence of a mobile application for all platforms, the division into groups within the conference and integration with SIP terminals. League specialists tested five Russian solutions, but in the end the choice was made in favor of Kontur Tolka.

With the transition to Kontur. Tolk, League employees were able to create meetings according to their schedule and not depend on colleagues - such an opportunity was limited in the foreign service. The solution plugin, developed for the company's mail client, made it easier to schedule appointments: the link is generated automatically and the information is displayed in the calendar.

Using the open API of the service, the Digital Economy League has developed a chatbot that allows employees to generate links to meetings in the messenger: this is convenient if you need to contact a colleague on a business trip or on the road.

After each meeting, the chat is automatically cleared, and the correspondence is saved in the "Artifacts" section. The necessary information is easy to find by the history of meetings: messages from chat and video help restore the context of the conversation.

Previously, we used an overseas service, but it had restrictions on a number of accounts, which introduced certain inconveniences to the work. When difficulties began with payment for other foreign resources, they decided to insure and used the Russian product, - said Ivan Starunkin, director of information technology of the Digital Economy League.

Initially, Kontur. Tall did not have a mobile application, which was a blocking factor for us. A few months later, the developer's specialists contacted us and talked about the innovations and, most importantly, the mobile application. After that, in a pilot mode, we launched a domestic service in parallel with a foreign one, and a year later we completely switched to Kontur Tolk, - said Dmitry Dolzhik, head of the department for supporting corporate information systems of the Digital Economy League.

We are actively introducing domestic solutions in a variety of commercial and government structures. At the same time, we face in general the same challenges as most of our customers, if we talk about digitalization. In terms of corporate communications, it was important for the company to switch to Russian software, which is not inferior to foreign counterparts and does not cause difficulties with payment. As a result, we have introduced the.Tolk Kontur, which has even wider functionality and provides high-quality and uninterrupted communication between employees, partners and customers throughout the country, "said Ivan Starunkin.
