2019: Timetta to create management reporting

Digital Spirit has been using Timetta since 2019, almost from the very beginning of its foundation. Timetta was chosen as a tool for creating management reporting. Initially, the company considered options with the development of its own system, but then came to the conclusion that using a ready-made solution is easier and cheaper.

Timetta is used to collect primary data on the actual cost of projects. The company records how long employees have worked on the project. This data helps the company assess the profitability of not only individual projects, but also the business as a whole. To analyze the profitability of the business, Digital Spirit uploads data from Timetta to Excel to calculate the financial indicators that managers need. Timetta also plays an important role in the development of the company's personnel: it helps to control the workload of employees and select the right performers in project teams.

In general, Timetta meets the model of business processes that management originally wanted to implement. The company receives about 80% of the data from Timetta for management reporting on the financial condition of the business.
