2020: Timetta for time, budgeting support, project and resource management

Dinord used Excel to store information on projects and resources. With the increase in the number of projects, the question arose of finding a more efficient accounting system. The transition to remote work increased the importance of the issue, as it was necessary to improve the quality of time accounting.

It was important for the customer to work with a solution that can be quickly implemented, and not waste time on refinement and long-term training of employees. The solution was required to organize time accounting using timesheets and delimit access rights for different roles. Timetta met these requirements most fully.

The implementation took a month, the customer was actively working on the project. During this time, the system was fully configured, and work was also carried out with employees, in which the company clarified that the new tool is required for financial planning and accounting, and not for tightening discipline.

Today, Dinord uses Timetta not only to take into account time, but also to support budgeting, project and resource management. The system helps Dinord to optimize the personnel load schedule. Project managers can continuously monitor and optimize project budgets, make forecasts on final labor costs. Managers receive the necessary reporting on projects and see what the team's resources are spent on.
