Within the project the electronic archive of documents of JSC Gruppa E4 was created, processes of office-work and control of execution of instructions are automated, process of preparation of meetings and control of execution of solutions according to the results of meetings is automated.

For achievement of the maximum effect of system implementation of electronic document management within the project integration of the DIRECTUM system with the ERP system "1C: Enterprise" was carried out that allowed to organize a uniform entry point shared the systems of data and to provide automatic update in the DIRECTUM system of information on workers of E4 Group and an organization structure of the company.

During the project the staff of Akelon company trained over 50 users that allowed them effectively to begin to work with a system from the first days of trial operation.

Since DIRECTUM system launch in trial operation approval of any outgoing and organizational and administrative documents and also acquaintance with documents and control of execution of instructions are performed only in the DIRECTUM system, using specialized standard routes and the electronic digital signature.

In E4 Group much attention is paid to a quality management system (the company has the international certificate of compliance to ISO 9001:2008) therefore employees actively use the tools provided by the DIRECTUM system for control of performance indicators.

By means of the server of web access to DIRECTUM employees of E4 Group received the convenient tool for remote work on the Internet using the web browser. Also the modern technology of fast identification of documents for a barcode on the basis of the solution DIRECTUM RapID was implemented that allowed to lower considerably labor costs on search and identification of documents in a system.

For top managers of E4 Group specialists of Akelon company developed the specialized solution of DIRECTUM Client for Outlook which allows to work with tasks, tasks and investments, using the usual interface of an e-mail client instead of the standard client of DIRECTUM.

Significant role played operational problem solving from the Customer in a successful completion of the project, careful study of project documents both specialists of Akelon company, and specialists of E4 Group, and readiness of employees of E4 Group to accept new schemes and rules of work with use of the DIRECTUM system.

At the time of transfer of a system to commercial operation by users of DIRECTUM over 500 employees of E4 Group are, about 7000 tasks and 20,000 tasks and over 5000 documents are created.

After project completion between Akelon company and E4 Group the agreement on service support for further development of the DIRECTUM system was signed.

In E4 Group the beginning of the new project on automation of contractual management based on the DIRECTUM system is planned.
