On October 17, 2016 the Avaya company announced agreement signature with dnata company about strategic partnership under technologies. Use of solutions of the company to be used for acceleration of strategy implementation of digital transformation of dnata in a reach of clients is planned.
Project Tasks
As a basis for the complete solution of transformation of client experience private cloud services of Avaya Private Cloud Services (APCS) which will allow to provide the faultless personalized experience for clients and partners within all interaction of users with dnata will be used.
Within the five-year agreement of Avaya will provide dnata a cloud solution for the organization of contact center, joint work, the organization of network and a video conferencing. The dnata company is going to unify the tourist brands along with other services worldwide, and to provide with that to the customers the personalized service. The company tries to achieve coordination of the transactions and to increase satisfaction of users from interaction with it, at the same time reducing costs of provision of services.
The Avaya company is proud of the fact that dnata as the supplier of the global platform for customer service was selected.
