In the Tiraspol department of Dnestr Sberbank Ltd (Republic of Moldova) the project on NeuroniQ queue management system implementation was implemented . On September 22, 2020 the company of Technology of the Future reported about it.
The electronic queue promotes formation of complex approach to the organization of reception of citizens and provides service quality improvement. The intelligent system of NeuroniQ optimum distributes a flow of clients, helping to eliminate errors when choosing queue and to lower waiting time. At the same time management process is performed automatically, without participation of the administrator.
The hardware and software system consists of the touch terminal of issue of coupons and information displays on which number of the visitor invited to the operator is displayed.
Collecting of statistical data allows to analyze work of department: control load of personnel, trace waiting time and service, to reveal the most demanded services. The provided information can be used for taking measures to further improvement of service and increase in capacity of division.
