"The Dokuchaievsk flyuso-dolomitny plant" and Novotroitsk mine administration entering a mining division of the Metinvest group since July 1, 2008 put into commercial operation an enterprise management system based on industry solution for SAP for Mining mining companies.
According to the customer, within the project starting on January 1, 2008 at the enterprises the functional directions "Management of Finance", "Management Accounting — Controlling", "Management of Material Flows", "Sales management", "Production management", "Budget management" and "Investment management" were automated.
As a result the main business processes of the enterprises were integrated and unified, replication of settings of a system and connection of users to the single system created early for divisions Northern GOK and Central GOK is made.
The project was implemented by Management of competence of the SAP company Northern GOK, with involvement of leading specialists of the automated enterprises.
