The DomArte salon is automated inventory and trade control

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" completed the project on automation of a trade and inventory control in art salon DomArte, the press service of integrator reported on May 14, 2013. An implementation product - "1C:Enterprise 8 Trade management for Ukraine".

Start

The management of salon customer made the decision on automation of business at an initial stage of its creation. The designated tasks:

• automate retail;
• organize effective management of warehouse stocks;
• create the system of formation of the analytical reporting under sales;
• implement the mechanism of cash management and price policy.

Trust

The choice of the software was entrusted the contractor. Specialists recommended the "1C:Enterprise 8 Trade management for Ukraine" program and a set of an electronic retail store equipment (the printer of printing of checks Posiflex Aura, a strongbox, the Argox OS-203 DT printer, the Datalogic Quickscan I2130 scanner). Installation and tuning of systems is performed within 8 days. Users completed an introduction training course on operation of a system.

Result

As a result of project implementation the uniform space for consolidation of data on trade and warehouse transactions is created. Exchange of data between an electronic equipment and the program provides instant information transfer that significantly facilitates accounting.
