Sitronics Space and the resident of the Nizhny Novgorod Technopark "Domprice" signed a cooperation agreement and agreed on the joint implementation of a project to use space data for automated real estate valuation. Sitronics announced this on September 12, 2024.

This will allow you to receive an objective assessment of residential real estate, as well as minimize risks at the stage of buying housing.

In the process of preparation, there is a pilot project on the territory of three constituent entities of the Russian Federation (207 thousand square km) with the possibility of subsequent scaling to other regions. Within the framework of it, the task is to ensure regular monitoring and identification of changes in real estate objects and the use of land plots using artificial intelligence technology.
