2019: Commissioning of EDMS based on "1C: Document Flow CORP"

"Pharmacy chain 36.6" with assistance of Infosuite company put into operation the electronic document management system based on the 1C: Document Flow CORP configuration allowing to strengthen control of key documents of the company and to reduce time of their processing. On June 18, 2019 reported about it in "Pharmacy chain 36.6".

In addition to mechanisms of processing, standard for electronic document management systems, of the entering, internal and outgoing documents and instructions, entered a circuit of primary automation: end-to-end processes of non-commercial purchases from the request before payment, including work of procurement commission; contractual documents; processes of management of control actions for a pharmaceutical order.

On a withdrawal of "Pharmacy chain 36.6", due to implementation of EDMS search time and acquaintance with documents was reduced, the relevance and reliability of their storage increased, proper access control to cards and the scan copies of documents is provided. A system is integrated into the general information landscape of the company.
