On October 9, 2017 the Orange Business Services company provided to e.l.m. leblanc the IoT-platform adapted to individual requirements of the customer based on Microsoft Azure.

The platform includes the set-up solution for remote monitoring and also preventive and pro-active hardware maintenance.

According to him, application of a cloud of Microsoft Azure allowed to provide the required level of scalability and to use machine learning technologies for acceptable cost.

The solution for remote monitoring collects and analyzes data from a heating boiler, in advance warns technical specialists about possible emergence of fault. Data retrieveds are analyzed in real time that allows to predict much more precisely probable causes of failures and malfunctions.

Besides, thanks to the built-in algorithms of intellectual service, the platform independently notifies in advance on possible malfunctions. Among effects of implementing solution the customer called service process optimization, decrease in level of human intervention and also increase in satisfaction of the clients at the expense of more innovation and flexible support of end users.
