The MAYKOR company announced on February 5, 2013 cooperation increase with the Russian representative office of the international network of shoe shops ECCO in Russia.
Background
Cooperation with a shoe brand began in December, 2011.
Ambitions
Since February, 2013 MAYKOR will provide service for all regional divisions of ECCO. Until the end of the year the project will cover more than 100 shops, offices, warehouses, distribution centers of ECCO in regions.
"To cooperation with MAYKOR we came in an outsourcing market analysis result in regions. We had tough requirements to the outsourcer. It both existence of own divisions in the cities of presence of ECCO, and existence of substitution fund of the equipment, existence of an effective system of accounting of requests and the reporting before the customer, and, of course, SLA and the price. We selected the company with the high level of in-band management and orientation to result and satisfaction of the customer with quality of works" - CIO ECCO in Russia Sergey Prokhorov explained.
