ELTEH completes integration of ERP and a corporate portal

CORUS Consulting Group completed the project on integration of the website with the ERP system of Microsoft Dynamics AX in ELTEH company, the press service of integrator reported on March 6, 2013.

In 2011 the contractor implemented two projects on implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AH in "ELTEH". Integration of the ERP enterprise with the corporate website became the final stage in creation of the unified information system.

The CEO of ELTEH company Andrey Peregud noted importance of a role of the website as parts of a corporate information system: "When we started the project on integration of the website with the ERP system, we, first of all, were guided by needs of our clients. We wanted to create the convenient tool which would allow our clients to obtain all necessary information on the company, its services and goods in an interactive mode, to make out orders and to keep track of the statuses of their accomplishment without the appeal to the company. Thanks to these opportunities the new website also allows us to reduce time for order processing, to increase our customer base and raises customer confidence to our work".

"We provided a set of elements which increase overall effectiveness of interaction with the website in the new integrated system. For example, in a personal account when viewing an order status the user can look not only detailed information on the order, but also on each component included in the order. For legal entities the possibility of change of details, viewing data on all signed agreements, the order of samples is provided. In all cases at change of an order status users receive electronic notifications on the specified e-mail addresses", - the project manager from CORUS Consulting Group Anton Dyundik emphasized.
