ER-Telecom Holding will use a BSS packet of Netcracker company for reducing time-to-market of products, centralization and consolidation of basic processes and systems and also for improvement of customer service quality by creation of an ecosystem of the digital products and services demanded for the client.

According to the company, ER-Telecom Holding selected the solution of Digital BSS of Netcracker including the following offers: Digital Marketplace, Customer Channel Management, Sales & Marketing Management, Customer & Partner Management, Revenue Management, Product Management and Hybrid Service & Resource Management.

The solutions Netcracker will allow ER-Telecom Holding to transform the separated and distributed BSS systems to a single platform, by means of simplification and standardization of processes of a configuration and billing in the organization.
