The ITERRA company finished system implementation of queue management (SUO) Damascus in the Samara branch ER-Telecom Holding Ltd, working under the Дом.ru brand.

Home.ru" works in Samara more than 7 years, and all this time remains one of the leading telecom operators of the city. With rapid growth of a subscriber base the question of the organization of customer service at office of the company began to require considerably bigger attention.

Process improvement of service of subscribers at the central office of branch became one of tasks. Accelerate service process, increase comfort of stay of subscribers and receive from them a feedback, to quickly monitor work of employees - such objects the company set for itself.

Specialists of ITERRA company suggested to use for them solutions a management system for queue Damascus. The companies approved its functionality and picked up suitable system configuration then "ITERRA" performed installation and commissioning.

A system allowed to redistribute flexibly a flow of subscribers and to timely obtain exact statistical data about acceptance of clients: holding time, distribution by questions, dynamics of fluctuations of different indicators on hours, days or months and also on other indicators. Besides, additional systems capabilities were used for informing clients.

Implementation of SUO "Damascus" in the Samara branch "ER-Telecom" became the first work experience of a system in the telecom company that once again confirmed leader positions of "ITERRY", including in implementation of innovations.
